    •       (Beverages are served in Ballroom at the Self Serve Beverage Station)
  • Servers wear black pants, white shirt, vest and a bow tie!
  • Glass Dinner Plates, Glass Stemware, Upgraded Stainless Flatware
    •       (Your reception tables are completely set up/dismantled)
  • Napkins, white linen napkins are folded and placed on your tables
  • Appetizer tables in the buffet, or have them passed!

Food Tastings are $20.00 for the couple; each additional guest is $10.00pp (up to four guests). You pay GW Catering directly for your tasting. Food Tastings are hosted at Che’ne Rouge, please check with Gwen for scheduling your private food tasting.
