~ What is the cost of a wedding and reception at Che’ne Rouge Weddings?

The cost varies according to number of guests, day of the week, and  package. Our prices consist of a ceremony fee, site fee and any decor or food/beverage selected. There are many factors and we would love to discuss them in person with you.

How many guests can you accommodate for a wedding?

Seating allows for up to 200 guests with a dance floor and music.

~ Will there be another wedding the same day as mine?

No. The entire facility is yours for your special day!

~ How often do you have tours to view your venue?

We make appointments Tuesday through Friday to view our gorgeous property. Please keep in mind that Saturday tours book fast.

~ What if I am going to be late for my tour?

Please call! The appointments are every hour, so if you are going to be late let us know so we can re-schedule at your convenience.

~ Are there rooms provided for the bride and groom to get ready in?

Of course! We have a beautiful Bridal Suite with a private garden attached. Very relaxing and elegant for your big day preparations!  We also have a rustic grooms lounge with a HDTV for all the guys to enjoy. Both rooms have bar room service.

~ Do you provide any décor?

Yes, we have wide variety of décor items available to you for free. We do have some exclusive décor for rental. (Crystal Chandeliers, Red Carpet, etc.)

~ Can we have just our wedding ceremony at Che’ne Rouge and our reception elsewhere?

No, reception and ceremonies are only available together.

~ How early can our guests arrive?

Guests may arrive 30 minutes before your ceremony.  Any earlier and we run into congestion problems with too many people near the ceremony site.

~ If there is food left over, can we take it with us?

Health codes prohibit taking food off the property, except for the wedding cake.

~ How much time do we have for our rehearsal and when is it usually scheduled?

Each couple receives a one-hour rehearsal, which is most commonly performed on the Thursday before your wedding day. Your Event Planner and DJ are also present at your rehearsal (Grand Fare).

~ Do I have flexibility with menus?

Absolutely! You are not limited to what food is strictly on the menu. Our caterer will work with you to create a perfect menu for you and your guests.

~ Are there any hidden fees?

Of course not! Everything is gone over with a fine tooth comb and you will NOT be charged any HIDDEN fees.
