Tips and Questions for hiring a Caterer for your Wedding Venue

The caterer is the most important vendor for your wedding day.  You can easily check out there per person pricing for the food selections on their websites.  What you really need to pay attention too is the services that they provide on wedding day. For instance, if your chosen caterer provides the wedding cake and grooms cake make sure they will cut and/or serve for your guests.

When choosing the food for your guests, make sure they are a short distance away from the Wedding Venue.  An experienced caterer will know what types of food are suited for time restraints. You don’t want your food to be over cooked and dry.  At your chosen Wedding Venue make sure you know where and how the buffet tables are set up, what goes on the tables for accessories and display.  Make sure the equipment (chafing dishes) is clean.
