Ceremony in the Pavilion

The Pavilion is normally used just for the rain plan.

You can choose to utilize this space for your ceremony or cocktail hour

Ceremony Drapery; entire platform is covered with white sheer voile panels

Kissing Ball Stands (5’); with silk flower ball  top of a white wood stand

Flower Wall; 8’ wide by 8’ tall ivory/white silk flower heads, great backdrop!

Pedestals (white wood-48”) with candelabra’s and fresh flowers, LED tapers

Use our in ground shepherds hooks or our self standing shepherds hooks

Or if you’d like more rustic, we have a great variety of custom wood signage


Ceremony Flowers; 

Bridal Party – Bride, 5 Bridesmaids, Groom, 5 Groomsmen

Altar Arrangement – Placed on the ceremony platform top center

Chair Bouquets – Hanging fresh floral bouquets on 6 aisle chairs

Chair Sashes – White organza sash tied on the aisle chairs

Rose Petals – Adorn the bridal path aisle, last row up to the first row


Cocktail Hour;

On The Veranda, up to six hi-tops/linens (w/ceremony outside)

Begins after your ceremony, guest can mingle throughout the entire Venue

Appetizers passed to all your guests during the 1 hour of picture taking

The outdoor bar area is the designated smoking area (for socializing also)

The fireplace is included if you desire (weather permitting)

Sweetheart Table – With King & Queen Chairs, upgraded Linen

Chiavari Chairs – Antique Gold Chiavari Chairs (10 per table)

Ceiling Drapery – White sheers with mini lights, 2 disco balls

Sparkler Send Off;

Your Wedding Coordinator and DJ will coordinate your send off. The bubbles and sparklers are plenty!  The music and lights will add to the excitement! Your coordinator will make sure all your guests are lined up and ready for your fantastic walk to your Limousine.



Thursday evening rehearsals, choice of 5pm, 6pm, or 7pm.

Your DJ will attend and provide your ceremony music.

He will also check your ‘slide show’ at your rehearsal.

Includes all the guidance with your Wedding Day Coordinator.

You provide the Officiant, only one hour is required.


Wedding Day Coordinator;

Includes all the guidance for Rehearsal, Processional and Recessional.

Entire Reception, Last Dance, includes Send Off.

Our Coordinators are very professional and experienced. She will make sure all

your wedding details are completed on wedding day. Insuring all your family

and friends are comfortable and cared for. (or accommodated)?


Event Designer 

Assisting with your design decisions.  You can bring all your own custom décor and accessories on wedding day. Our designer will meet with you at Che’ne Rouge to discuss all your ideas, what you envision for your dream wedding!
